I’m so on board. I use Bob’s 10 grain hot breakfast cereal (nuked for 4:44) as a base, and then add 2 of the following:

-Peruvian Aji Amarillo sauce (yellow chilis)
-Chinese red pepper chunky sauce with peanuts and sesame in it
-assorted fiery Indian pickles
-something called “Bhutanese Jam” – just some insanely hot pepper thing, look for it
-leftover Thai larb chicken
-grated parmesean
-chopped scallions
-chopped nuts
-spoonful of pesto (argula is best)
-leftover veggies of any sort (though I like kale a lot)

Mix, and go. Amazing. You won’t be hungry til lunch. It’s soooo much more satisfying than sweet breakfast.

I dnt think I’ve ever stared at a picture of food this long! That looks sooo GOOD!! And I cannot wait to make it this weekend!! The wait is killing me but just one question… how do you get the caramel (boiled sweetened milk) in the middle of the cupcake as a filling?

I like the idea of bringing dessert over to people’s houses. I do that when I go visit my parents and now they expect it! These look terrifically delicious.
